This will allow
adblock-resourcesto be imported as a library while still downloading and building the resources from the latestmasterbranch from this repository.For CI in this repo, if no upstream git archive URL is supplied, it will use whatever is bundled alongside the logic in-tree instead.
When brave-core-crx-packager is updated we can remove
dist/resources.jsonandmetadata.jsonfrom this repository.
