Fixed the Zhang species so NWB uploads pass DANDI validation - #49

The first run to keep its converted recordings uploaded every video but none of the 120 NWB files: NWB Inspector rejects the trinomial species "Mustela putorius furo". The config now gives the NCBI taxonomy link for the domestic ferret, and dandi validate passes on the fixture output. Dispatch only reconverted when the conversion script changed, so a config fix would never reach recordings already marked converted. It now hashes the script together with every repository file convert_command names. Projects whose command names only the script keep their existing hash. The species guidance in the conversion-plan and scaffold skills now covers subspecies.
