Hi Bain,
This applet has been broken since the plasma-desktop update earlier this year. The appearance, calendar and time zone menu were all missing in the settings page, which is very unfortunate because this has been an essential widget for my laptop.
I merged the latest Digital-Clock codes from the plasma-workspace repo and it seems to have fixed the issue. Kindly have a review on my changes.
