Provision was reusing a stale _build directory across runs, which could cause outdated artifacts to persist and be picked up by fwup templates running with current_dir set to _build. Now _build is removed and recreated at the start of each provision to guarantee fresh builds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
