Fixes #93
Adds a singleton AppRecognition class for global application recognition (system/app_recognition), registered in the API table. Verified live on a CX6300 with REST latest: get, update, idempotency.
Depends on PR #88 (latest REST version) to reach the resource on recent firmware.
