Fixes #90
Adds SDK classes for DHCPv4/DHCPv6 snooping guard policies, IPv6 destination guard policies and static IP source bindings, registered in the API module table. Verified live on a CX6300 (FL.10.17, REST v10.09): create, get, update and delete.
