Adds Backscroll (https://backscroll.xyz) to watchlist.md per the promotion-rule note at the top of the file: it imports ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini export history and makes it searchable, which fits the Collect/Use lifecycle stages, but only as a chat-export importer today (no live connectors, no consolidation/dedup), so it belongs in the watchlist rather than a full solutions/ profile.
