- be able to configure a static webadmin password
- auto-generate a webadmin password upon every James start, if the static password is not available, cf [ENHANCEMENT] Webadmin: default to auto-generate creds #3104
The distributed benchmark provisioning script now supports the optional WEBADMIN_PASSWORD environment variable and fails on unauthenticated WebAdmin calls.
Disable generated WebAdmin credentials in the custom-route and Rspamd local customization samples so their unauthenticated example requests remain easy to run. Document that production-facing WebAdmin deployments should keep authentication enabled.
