Hi everyone
I would prefer to change this myself, but cannot work out where the docs for antismash live (if at all) on GitHub.
On creating a local install, it currently says:
conda create -n antismash antismash
conda activate antismash
download-antismash-databases
conda deactivate
But think it would be useful to be:
conda create -n antismash -c bioconda antismash
As it increases the chances antismash will be found automatically.
