  • implementation-planning — Phased plans, workstreams, business cases
  • due-diligence — Commercial, operational, strategic assessment
  • change-management — Transition planning, resistance management, adoption measurement
  • process-excellence — Process improvement, value stream mapping, root cause analysis
  • org-design — Operating models, structure design, transition planning
  • project-governance — Steering committees, stage gates, risk management
