Why

#122 upgraded opencode-drive to Effect 4.0.1, @opencode/client 0.0.0-dev-20807, and Bun 1.4.2, and repaired directory-index effect/* typecheck mappings for installed consumers. Publishing 2.2.0 makes these updates available on npm.

What Changes

• Bumps opencode-drive from 2.1.3 to 2.2.0.
• Adds the 2.2.0 changelog entry for feat(drive): upgrade Effect to 4.0.1 and refresh V2 dependencies #122.
• Consumes .changeset/effect-4-modernize.md and refreshes bun.lock.

Scope

This PR contains generated release metadata only. Tagging v2.2.0 on the merge commit triggers the OIDC publish workflow.
