- Rename issue templates to readable names:
- `----.md` → `translation-checkout.md`
- `---.md` → `others.md`
- Remove unused `translation-request.md` template
- Change translation checkout issue title format:
- Old: `{filepath} の翻訳`
- New: `translate: {filepath}`
- Add HTML comment to template to prevent title format changes
- Update sync-untranslated-issue.mjs to match new format

Issueテンプレートファイル名の改善
不可読なハイフン連続のファイル名を、意味のある英語名に変更しました：
----.md→translation-checkout.md(翻訳宣言)---.md→others.md(その他)------------.mdを削除（翻訳者募集テンプレートは未使用のため）翻訳宣言Issueタイトルフォーマットの変更
より機械的に処理しやすく、一貫性のある形式に変更：

translate: guide/animations/complex-sequencesテンプレートの保護
translation-checkout.mdに非表示のHTMLコメントを追加し、タイトルフォーマットの誤変更を防止：
スクリプトの更新
sync-untranslated-issue.mjsを新しいフォーマットに対応：
translate: {filepath}形式に変更/^translate:\s*(.+)$/メリット
備考
現在進行中の翻訳Issueがないため、破壊的変更として実施しました。
