src/content/tutorials/README.md- チュートリアル構造の説明ファイル変更内容:
tools/update-origin.tsのlocalizedFilePatternsに否定パターンを追加adev-jaディレクトリから該当ファイルを削除これにより、
list-untranslatedの件数が120件に削減されます。
