Changes
Add automation run timeouts, exponential error retries, timeout notifications and a Force Stop action. The scheduler creates one TaskRun and passes that same record through execution, timeout and cancellation, so the real session never remains incorrectly marked running beside a second timeout record.
Cancellation requests engine interruption and retains the overlap guard until runner cleanup finishes. Force Stop uses TurnEngine.request_interrupt(), including for live manual runs. Successful runs and user cancellations reset retries; configured error retries preserve the primary schedule.
Verification
pytest tests -q— 1,961 passed, 1 skipped (macOS, Python 3.14).
