Adds the initial SenTSR-Bench benchmark codebase, migrated from https://github.com/ZLHe0/SenTSR-Bench into the Amazon Science repository.\n\nIncludes README/assets, dataset preprocessing, synthetic data generation, evaluation utilities, and model inference workflows.\n\nKeeps the Amazon Science repository metadata and governance files in place: LICENSE, NOTICE, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, and CONTRIBUTING.md.\n\nAlso removes a hard-coded local ChatTS server fallback path and keeps the startup script self-contained.
