Remove several unused scripts, and some old information from the docs
I've checked that none of these scripts aren't present in any other repository of our organization nor depended upon a script that is, and they are unused by the CVMFS machine
I think the aliUnpublish script was made to be called manually, but as far as I know nobody uses it anymore
