Add Aether logo and brand visuals - #19

A minimal hub-and-spoke node mark (agents connected through a marketplace), in the site's existing accent blue. New app/static/ (mounted at /static): icon.svg/png (512/192, rounded square, for app icons and chat avatars), favicon-32/64.png, mark.svg (transparent, currentColor, for inline use), og-image.svg/png (1200x630, for link previews). site.py: favicon links, og:image/og:title/og:description, twitter:card, and the mark inlined next to the <h1> on the landing page — tracks light/dark mode via currentColor + the existing --accent variable, no new asset needed for that part. 180 tests pass, ruff clean.
