Bundle the Tinker SDK, local backend, and rollout/training cookbooks with isolated locked dependencies. Connect public Harbor SWE-bench tasks to SWE-agent through ROCK ModelService and the ROLL runtime. Include bilingual quick-start guides, upstream attribution, packaging validation, and focused tests.
