Reviewed current head 9216624c27a543594a712bbb9c49a3e2b079b8c6.
Both Docker stages retain the same Python 3.11.17 slim-bookworm image name and advance together to the same immutable digest. I verified the digest against the official library/python OCI index and read its amd64 image configuration, which declares PYTHON_VERSION=3.11.17; the index retains amd64 and arm64 variants. Whitespace and required DCO trailers pass. The current-head hosted image build passes; no local container build was performed. Remaining matrix dependency-audit failures come from unchanged locks and remain separate from this base-image update.
