…= better) Remove the GPL/copyleft logo from the 'open by design' strip (keep the other tool logos) and its now-unused ic_copyleft helper. Display the precision percentile (percent of trained raters a placement is at least as precise as) instead of the error-rank percentile, so the numbers read intuitively (a tight placement scores high): the calibrated-report values, result bars, and tutor quote now use it, while the verdict tiers still derive from the underlying error rank.
