In PHASE2_input_afid_postQC data:
Fid32_sub-032214_T1_Rater02_02.fcsv is malformed. There are two unnamed extra trailing columns (,,) and a comma-padded header: (RAS,,,,,,,,,,,).
This resulted in some processing pipeline silently dropping it (at the moment examining Mo Abbas').
an FYI for fixing it or adjusting future pipelines.
