MWPW-186053-added LANA logs Severity levels correctly

• Updated LANA logging implementations across CC blocks to use the dedicated severity parameter correctly instead of relying on tags/default values.

Changes made:

• Added explicit severity values for existing LANA logs
• Updated error-related logs to use appropriate severity levels
• Improved log classification to support better Splunk monitoring and alerting
