Bulk structure creation for the CLI:
asa campaigns bulk-createsubmits a whole campaign tree from a JSON file or stdin, or converts a native Apple Ads template (--from-file+--org-id,--previewto inspect without creating). Validation issues are printed with sheet/row/column; on accept the command polls progress (--no-wait/--poll-interval/--timeout) and prints the final report with per-object failures.asa campaigns bulk-statusre-attaches to an operation. Adds multipart support to ApiClient. 11 tests.
