TODO: There is still a problem to think about. Github Actions Ubuntu runners normally use packages mirrored by Microsoft/Github. However, due to the use of the normal debian:trixie container image from docker hub, we are putting an unfair strain on the public package archives of the Debian project (network bandwidth is expensive) by downloading large packages for every run. We should use a mirror or a docker image with preinstalled dependencies.
