Needed if we detect mismatch in piece sha1 such that we can retransfer it.
Many changes, but overall makes sure that if we get invalid data from the remote we disconnect and try again. And if we get a garbled piece we make sure to retry it. Adds the zit to zit integration test and a docker image for it.
We should only clear it when done sending all.
