I thought The Concise TypeScript Book might be a useful addition to the English learning resources. It is a free and open-source TypeScript book covering fundamentals through advanced concepts.
I recently updated the book to cover TypeScript 7 as well. I followed the existing alphabetical ordering and kept the change minimal. Please feel free to suggest any changes, or to close the PR if it is not a good fit.
