Description
Using lua-language-server https://luals.github.io , generate a WeakAurasAPI.lua file with public functions in WeakAuras namespace, and generate wiki documentation
Note
Types needs more work, they should match the blizzard documentation addon
WeakAuras functions tagged as private needs a review
