Feature/upgrade to ethers v6

This pull request upgrades the ethers library from version 5 to version 6. The primary motivation for this upgrade is to ensure compatibility with a project built with ethers v6. This update is critical to leverage the latest features, improvements, and security patches provided by ethers v6, and to maintain the project’s stability and compatibility going forward. I have addressed all breaking changes introduced by this version upgrade, ensuring compatibility with the codebase, and have updated the tests accordingly.
