docs: clarify automatic correction learning scope

This updates the public website copy for Automatic Correction Learning so it matches the app behavior from the source PR:

• Mac feature docs now state that automatic learning saves only high-confidence single-word corrections.
• Mac feature docs now explicitly say sentence rewrites, deletions, and ambiguous edits are skipped.
• Landing page Premium bullets now say correction learning learns from confident single-word edits.
• English and German locale copy were updated together.
