调整pnpm-workspace.yaml的依赖构建配置格式，升级packageManager到pnpm 11.10.0
配置pnpm的peerDependencyRules，限制markdown-it-math@5.2.1依赖的temml版本为0.13.2
删除了冗余的pnpm peerDependencyRules配置项，清理包配置文件
