The public spec requires `date` on energy_totals, types energy site ids as
number | string, drops the trailing slash on POST .../energy_sites/{id}/command,
and tightens navigation_sc_request to a numeric Supercharger id and 0-3 trip
order. Cache replay, Map lookups, tests, and the Node-RED supercharger
navigation command follow that shape.
