Drops the incident narrative ("this caused a real regression: the export rule silently stuck at cloud-side
never...") from thegrid_import_exportnote inAGENTS.md, keeping only the still-true constraint (don't splitoperation/backup/grid_import_exportacross backends) and the verification pointer.docs-only condensation, full pipeline skipped per captain's small-change rule.
