Core principle: Blank Box defines the mechanism, not the storage provider.
A sandbox is the ownership and governance boundary. Resources are generic: notes, question papers, documentation, datasets, projects, code, media, research, archives, and community-defined types.
First vertical slice: Create sandbox -> membership -> authorization -> resource -> metadata -> blob -> version -> retrieval.
