fix(list): cover all resource types and mask env secrets - #255

teamai list defaulted to skills/rules/docs/env, so agents, hooks, and mcp never appeared unless you already knew the type name. It also printed env values in plaintext, unlike teamai env list. Default list now walks RESOURCE_TYPES; mcp/hooks sections show useful detail; env is masked unless --reveal. status counts agents and mcp too. Help and remove accept mcp alongside skills/rules/agents.
