The current readme for this repo doesn't quite render properly, as you now need to include a space between a
#character and a header in order for GitHub to recognise it as such.e.g.

This pull request fixes those headers. It also includes a brief description of what Hackbot does, as well as changing the formatting of the possible commands such that they are shown in a table.
