Patch the locked Handlebars and Undici dependencies and the Markdown-it override for current security advisories, without changing dependency majors or audit gates. Use exact version comments for existing immutable action SHAs.
Local validation: contracts, interfaces, actionlint 1.7.12, Markdown lint, repository doctor, consumer contracts, both npm audits, 55 Bash cases, artifact/provenance/audit-isolation tests, private ZIP/Git cache reinstalls, native release notes and six semantic-release dry runs. Online pin checks remain covered by CI.
Publish one maintenance release after all Dependabot updates are integrated.
