Overview
Bumps the default Socket Registry Firewall container image from 2.9.10 to 2.9.14 and aligns the Helm chart patch release to 0.11.10 (appVersion matches the image).

The same pins are updated everywhere defaults are documented or injected: helm/values.yaml, helm/Chart.yaml, helm/README.md, the EKS CloudFormation stack parameters ChartVersion / FirewallImageTag, the example cloudformation/values/dns-override.values.yaml, and cloudformation/README.md.
