Restores clickable ZIP download and deployment destination links by storing structured, sanitized link metadata and building anchors in React.
Preserves safe legacy activity-log links for backward compatibility.
Returns native REST responses for activity/export logs and multisite site data to avoid double-encoded or invalid JSON responses, and rebuilds admin assets.
Tested with vendor/bin/phpunit (354 tests, 4,520 assertions), npm test -- --runInBand (54 tests), npm run lint -- --no-fix, and npm run build.
