feat: update OOO request page

Description

• We need to fix the OOO request page on the dashboard site for this issue.
• A little contest: Request document's fields have been changed.

Current behaviour

• So OOO page is broken right now due to changes in the Request document,
• this page is getting new data format irespective dev flan off or on

Expected Behaviour

• OOO page should expect old data without dev flag on
• should expect and even render new data with dev flag on
