Summary
Implement a compliance readiness checker for investor and admin operations.
Current Behaviour
SDK consumers may not have one reliable way to determine whether an address is eligible for restricted RWA actions.
Expected Behaviour
The SDK should expose a typed readiness result for approved, blocked, revoked, pending, unknown, and unavailable states.
Suggested Implementation
Create readiness types, compliance integration, reason mapping, tests, fixtures, and docs.
