Add NIC firmware/driver version recommendations for cross-node MORI (EP over RDMA / IBGDA), where the wrong version is a common blocker. env_check.sh now checks the detected firmware against known-good/known-bad ranges:
README and the deploy-mori skill doc are updated with the same guidance. Also added a mori check step to the CI build job so environment issues surface before the full test suite runs.
