Summary
Add end-to-end regression coverage for the landing-page primary CTA. The tests verify its descriptive accessible link name and destination, and guard against regressing to a button-only or duplicate CTA role.
Validation
The Playwright suite was not run locally because dependencies are not installed in the checkout (
playwright: command not found).Closes #119
