This runs the full test suite in the JupyterLite terminal as well as cockle. Primarily this tests that the JupyterLite shared drive (in the /drive directory) behaves correctly for all of our git2cpp workflows.

The two run as separate jobs in the test-wasm CI run, after the build stage. The README is updated to explain the usage, we now have separate make test-cockle and make test-lite commands. The approach for test-lite is similar to that of test-cockle except that we do not have direct JavaScript access to the cockle Shell, instead we have a terminal within the JupyterLite UI that we can enter keystrokes in, and files written are accessible from the JupyterLite contents manager.

test-lite is slower to run than test-cockle.

There are two tests that are skipped on test-lite as they use symlinks which are not supported by the JupyterLite shared drive. We also have a new test added in this PR called test_checkout_rmdir_bug which fails when run on jupyterlite <= 0.8.6 but will be fixed in the next release due out next week hopefully.
