feat(cluster): expose is_catalog_managed on the cluster response - #1241

q-core already knows whether a self-managed cluster attached to the Qovery Operator is bound to a platform catalog profile. Exposing it lets the Console read the flag instead of re-deriving it from the cluster mode, the operator status endpoint and a feature flag.

Adds a read-only is_catalog_managed boolean to Cluster: true for a self-managed (BYOK) cluster attached to the Qovery Operator and bound to a platform catalog profile. q-core computes it (q-core!4229) so the Console stops re-deriving it. Response only.
