Prepare the first shared Lua tooling release,
v1.0.5, after the history-preserving repository migration.All workspace packages and internal dependency requirements use
1.0.5. The GitHub Action default and workflow examples select the new release. The release workflow will publish both existing executable names for all five supported platforms.Validation: Cargo workspace metadata/lockfile checks and formatting passed. The preceding workspace migration passed full Windows and Linux CI; this PR runs the same checks before tagging.
