Any chance you can PR this into the https://github.com/LionelVallet/Open-Xml-PowerTools fork? That supports .NET 6, but has this same empty string replacement issue. |

If you use the textReplacer and have the replacement string as and empty string an out of bounds exception occurs.
I have also added and example in the TextReplacer examples.
