Before: 199 lines, with em dashes throughout, bold on most labels and long screenshot captions that repeated what the images show.
After: 189 lines. All commands, the GPO table, the TLS/HTTP and "Audit all, not Deny all" warnings, the AI-assistance note, badges, logo and every screenshot are kept. Captions are shortened, the duplicated demo blurb and horizontal rules are gone, and the prose is plainer with no em dashes or decorative bold. Detail stays in docs/OPERATIONS.md and the agent README, which are linked as before.
