Enable basic 'buy BTC for fiat' and 'sell BTC for fiat' by hooking into exchange APIs

Target Intersango and MtGox first.

Could potentially have a wallet as:

a local coin wallet in BTC
an Intersango wallet in BTC and GBP
a Mt Gox wallet in BTC and USD
