Context

• In Remove S01 #709, I updated our release workflow to publish to Maven Central.
• The release of Remove S01 #709 failed and I incorrectly interpreted the failure and tried upgrading Maven Publish Plugin and Java (Update Maven Publish Plugin #711).
• The actual reason Remove S01 #709 failed was because our tokens were no longer valid.
• Subsequent attempts to update our CI (Update CI #714, Fix Workflow After Migrating to Maven Central #716) failed because of Could not read file exception with 1.8.10 + java 18 Kotlin/dokka#2956.

Changes In This PR

• Revert Remove S01 #709, Update Maven Publish Plugin #711, Update CI #714, and Fix Workflow After Migrating to Maven Central #716.
• Upgrade Maven Publish Plugin to 0.34.0 and AGP to the minimum supported version (8.0.0).
• Update our Cocoapods configuration to set the version.
• Update *.api files.

Validation

• Ran ./gradlew check.
• Ran ./gradlew clean build.
• Ran ./gradlew publishAllPublicationsToMavenCentralRepository. Deployment ID: a738abf4-b357-493a-acdd-b169d38ee848.
