Approved under the Weekly Docs Refresh criteria. Scope is isolated to microsoftgraph/graph-powershell-beta/Microsoft.Graph.Beta.Users.Functions; 16 files modified with no additions, deletions, or renames. After excluding expected ms.date updates (15/15), CommonParameters churn (32 removed lines), and permission-row rearrangements (8/8), no substantive changes or blocking criteria remain. Decision: approve and squash-merge.
